Substrate Composition

Food grade wood pulp paper: Provides primary support strength and rigidity
PE (polyethylene) coating: Covers inner and outer surfaces (or inner surface only) with a thin layer of food grade PE plastic film
Inner wall coating: Prevents liquid penetration, ensures the paper cup does not leak water, and provides heat resistance for hot beverage cups
Outer wall coating: Provides moisture protection, prevents the outside of the paper cup from softening due to condensation, and offers a printing surface
